RATES & POLICIES
Please note all new bookings now include the 6th bedroom on the ground floor and a maximum of 12 guests.
All rates: plus 15% HST
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due upon booking.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Note: Third party brokers may require different payment schedules.
We accept e-mail transfer, credit card, Paypal and cheque.
Cancelled reservations will be refunded as follows:
90% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% if cancelled 14 days prior to the Check-in Date
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to Check-in Date
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.
Please respect that we have a large building to clean. Check-in and check-out times are firm.
No pets permitted.
No smoking permitted.
This is a self-catering facility. No housekeeping services are provided, although this may be arranged on request for an additional fee.
We are unable to provide catering for new bookings at this time.
EVENTS & Residencies
We can accommodate small weddings and other events of up to 50 guests. Contact us for rates.
While we welcome and encourage residencies and retreats, we do not offer sponsored packages as such. Projects are generally independently run.
